Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Cards R Us platform — including our website, mobile applications, and APIs — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and AML Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cards R Us Limited.

Eligibility

To use Cards R Us, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and that you are not a person barred from using our services under applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe eligibility requirements are not met.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account — whether or not authorised by you.

You must notify us immediately at support@cardsrus.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Purchases and Delivery

All purchases are subject to product availability and our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Digital products are delivered electronically to your registered email address and account dashboard, typically within seconds of payment confirmation. Prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable platform fees.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This includes but is not limited to: purchasing digital products with fraudulent payment methods; reselling products without prior written authorisation; using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with our platform; attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent our security measures; and using our platform in any way that facilitates money laundering or other financial crime.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of any account balance, and referral of relevant information to law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Cards R Us platform — including our logo, wordmark, interface design, graphics, text, and proprietary software — is owned by or licensed to Cards R Us Limited and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cards R Us, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use our platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Cards R Us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
