Refund Policy
Overview
We want every Cards R Us purchase to meet your expectations. Because we deal in digital goods that are delivered instantly, our refund policy is necessarily different from a physical goods retailer. We have designed this policy to be fair to both our customers and the brands whose products we distribute. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
If something goes wrong with your order, we will always do our best to make it right. Contact support@cardsrus.com and our team will respond within 2 hours.
Eligible Refunds
A full refund will be issued in the following circumstances: a digital code is technically invalid upon delivery and a working replacement cannot be sourced within 24 hours; the wrong product (different denomination or brand) was delivered to your account; a duplicate charge occurred for the same order due to a payment processing error; or the product was not delivered within our stated timeframe due to a platform fault.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, except in cases of demonstrable platform error.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly non-refundable: digital codes that have been successfully redeemed on the relevant platform; airtime and data top-ups that have been credited to a mobile number; products where the code or PIN has been revealed to the customer, unless the code is proven technically invalid; and orders cancelled after delivery has been confirmed.
We strongly recommend verifying product compatibility and denomination before completing your purchase. Our support team is happy to assist with any pre-purchase questions.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, log in to your Cards R Us account, navigate to Orders, select the relevant order, and click "Request Refund". Provide a clear description of the issue and attach any supporting evidence such as screenshots of error messages.
Alternatively, email support@cardsrus.com with your Order ID, the email address associated with your account, and a full description of the issue. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 hours and provide a resolution within 1 business day for straightforward cases.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of approval. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
For wallet or store credit (offered in some cases as an alternative), the credit appears in your Cards R Us account immediately upon approval.
